Welcome to MintyBay. By accessing, connecting your wallet, or using our decentralized application (dApp) interface on the Solana blockchain, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our interface.
MintyBay is a purely decentralized web interface providing tools for token minting, LP token burning, and airdrops on the Solana network. MintyBay is an independent user interface and does not act as a custodian, broker, financial institution, or exchange. We do not store, hold, or have access to your private keys, passwords, or digital assets.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your self-custody wallet (e.g., Phantom) and all transactions initiated through it. You acknowledge and agree that any interaction with smart contracts (such as minting or burning) is conducted entirely at your own risk. Always verify token mint addresses, data fields, and recipient inputs before confirming transactions.
Using the Solana blockchain requires the payment of network transaction fees (gas) and account rent deposits (Solana Rent) denominated in SOL, alongside any applicable MintyBay platform service fees. All blockchain transactions, platform fees, and network costs are final, irreversible, and non-refundable, even in the event of a transaction failure, application error, network outage, or user input mistake.
The information and tools provided by MintyBay do not constitute financial, legal, trading, or investment advice. Cryptocurrencies, tokens, and digital assets carry high levels of risk and can fluctuate significantly in value. You should conduct your own research before engaging in any decentralized finance (DeFi) activity.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MintyBay and its developers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of funds, smart contract failures, network outages, transaction errors, or unauthorized wallet access resulting from the use of this interface.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the MintyBay interface following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
